Summertime

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Visitors and Follower,

Back from my holidays and enjoyed the rest, the weather
could have been better but there you go nothing I can do
about that.

I visited South Wales, Milford Haven and to my surprise
I was contacted by the lovely Andree AKA Ace Cards
telling me that she lived not far away and that she takes a
crafting class every Wednesday morning at In House Crafts
and would I like to go along.  Well the answer was yes
and I had a wonderful morning, met some lovely
ladies and had a mixed media class.  we created a
tag ( I will show later). I cannot thank Andree, the
ladies and Cheryl the owner enough, who all made me
feel very welcome. After the class Andree and I had
a fabulous lunch.

It was a great morning and once again Andree
thank you.  So if you are going anywhere near
Milford Haven, go into the Marina and call
in the shop and say hello and a browse  as they
may be a small shop but its like Aladdin's Cave
and they are so helpful.

Right back to the business of the day.

Oddball Art, you can purchase  it by clicking  on the link HERE.
DETAILS
1. Firstly using an 8 x 8 card I matted it with pink card.  Next
layer is paper from my stash.

2. Using Spellbinder rectangle dies in varying sizes I cut more
pink card and again papers from my stash that co-ordinate.
Before adhering all the layers to the card I wrapped  two
shades and different sizes of lilac ribbon around the layers.

3. The image was printed onto Copic paper and coloured with
Copic.  I then die cut using Tattered Lace die Charisma Frames
and then added glitter around the edge.  I also used glitter pens
on her wings.  The sentiment is also included with the image.

4. The flower is my first attempt at using Foamiran, not brillant
but for my first attempt I am quite please with it.

To complete I took more of the two ribbons and created the
double bow.

Thank you for visiting and your lovely comments, they really
do mean a lot.
