Christmas Wishes

Welcome Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors.

Well here we are 5th December , not long to go
before its Christmas Day. Hope you are all getting
organized and not too stressed.

It time again to introduce our Third challenge over at

We are a monthly challenge that will
start on the 5th of each month and end on the last day of the month.
We are a themed challenge and this month the theme is:-

Here is my DT make and please visit the blog and see what my
team buddies have designed for your inspiration.  We hope  you
also come along and support us by joining in.

1. With a 7 x 7 white card I first matted it with gold mirri
card that I have embossed with reindeers. (Sorry the card
is not showing as clear as it should but every time I  tried
to lighten it there was to much glare from the mirri card.)

2. Next I added  a piece of burlap across the centre.

3. The topper has been taken from the cd Yuletide Wishes
from Ooh La La. I have used the smallest one and
adhered to the card using foam tape.

4. To complete I have added 5 whit roses and the Happy
Christmas tag. A green pearl gem was also added to
the tag and three in the top left hand corner and
three in the bottom right corner.

This is our last challenge until 5th January 2017
So I will now wish you all

Thank for all your support this year.

Until Next Time

1.  I took an 8 x 8 card and made it into an Easel card.
I then matted it with paper from the cd Daisy May +

2. Using spellbinder dies I cut the larger frame from
gold card and adhered this to the card.

3. The image is a pre-coloured one again from the cd
Daisy May + Friends and this also was die cut and
then adhered to the first frame also with foam tape.
Before adhering I added gold glitter all around the
edge of the frame .

4.  The Ho Ho Ho  and snowflake dies are I think
Sue Wilson dies, although not quite sure. These
again have been cut from gold card.

5. I cut three more snowflakes, adhered them together
before adding to the bottom of the card to act as the

Dancing Penguin

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Hello to you all. How are we all doing?

Welcome to challenge # 47 over at

The theme is as always

Anything Goes

My design team buddies have created some fabulous
cards, well worth taking a peek. I am sure you are
bound to find inspiration from their  work

Our sponsors  for this challenge are:-

Fred She Said

Prize $12 Gift Card

The Stamping Boutique/Glitterbabe

Prize 2 but 3 images if using TSB/GB images

For my card I have chosen to use the image Dancing Penguin
from Fred She Said and you can purchase it HERE.

1. Using pale blue card I created a stepper card. It was then
matted with paper from the Christmas papers from Lozzy.
2. Next I die cut the silver mirri board and adhered to the
centre of the card.
3. The next layer is dark blue hessian laid across the card
4. The image is a pre coloured one and I have used a pin
hole circle die to cut it out. Before attaching to the card
I added glitter to his hat and around the show. It was
adhered to the card with foam tape.

The image came with 4 smaller images so I decided to
use two on the front and the other two inside,
and again these also have had glitter added
and were cut using the same set of circle dies as
the larger one.
To complete I created a snowflake from the Christmas
paper and again glittered before mounting onto the card.

I would like to wish you and your loved ones

A Very Happy Christmas and NewYear

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Visitors and Follower,

Well the big day is nearly upon us, I hope you
are all ready?

Today we are starting our last challenge of the year
  218  over at :-

The challenge theme is

Birthday Celebrations

and its been chosen by Wynn

The girls have been working hard to
create designs to inspire you, so please
take a moment to view their work and
if you can, leave them a comment.

I have chosen to use an image from the cd

Everyday Collection

You can purchase it and others by clicking on
the link   HERE.  There are also some great
freebies too,  so well worth checking it out.

The prize for the winner will be
2 digi downloads from the Ooh La La Creations Store

1. The card size is 7 x 7 and to this I have matted it with
green card from my stash that I first embossed and then
rounded the corners.

2. From the Cd Everyday Collection I printed off the topper,
two background papers and an insert. Using a square die
from Tonic I first cut the patterned card and adhered to the
card with foam tape.

3. Using the next size down die the second panel was cut
also adhered to the card with foam tape.

4. The topper was added at an angle again with foam tape.

To complete I added Nuvo Jewel Drops around the yellow
card and glitter around the topper.

So there you have it, a great birthday card made quickly
thanks to the cd's.  Honestly I can say any of the cd's
from Ooh La La you would not be disappointed with
the amount of choice that they contain if fabulous.

All that's left for me to say is

Thanks for the support over the year and hopefully
I will see you in 2017.

Prize 3 Digi Images

My card has been created using the image Christmas Carol Angel
from Lemon Shortbread. Click  HERE to go straight to the

1. Started with a fancy edged card that I found in my stash and
then matted it with cream pearlescent card that I first embossed
with a musical embossing folder.

2. The header die I think is from Marianne and it was cut
from white pearlescent card and then glittered up.

3. The image coloured with Copic and added glitter.
Die cut using a Tonic oval die.  I then cut another
frame using a rectangle die from Sue Wilson and
glued the image to this. Once dry I adhered
the whole frame to silver card before setting
onto the card with foam tape.

To complete I die cut the snowflake ( think its from Sue Wilson)
and the Happy Christmas, glittered both before adhering
to the card.

Thanks for the visit.

Toadstool Printables

Web Store -
Prize 3 Digital stamps of winner choice

For my card I have used the cute little image Mouse Toting Big Red Flower
from Toadstool Printables.  He is available HERE

1. The cute little mouse image I took into MCS and then
proceded to make up my design by standing the mouse
on a tree stump, then adding the pansies around the stump.

2. Still in MCS I took a sprig of daisies and copied and
pasted them. I then arranged them into the semi circle.

3. I found the sentiment, also in MCS and new I just
had to use it as I can picture the little mouse uttering
the words.

4. Once I was happy with the arrangement, I then printed
it out onto white card and proceeded to colour up the
mouse and flower.

5. When all done I then adhered the panel to a
7 x 7 scalloped edged white card.

So there you have it, quite a simple card but I think
very effective and depicts my take on the theme Blossoms.

Looking forward to seeing your creations.

Thanks for the visit

Good Afternoon
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are all ok and are coping with the horrible   weather we are
having today.

Today is my husbands birthday and I though I would share with you
the card I made for him.

Now to say he like Daleks  is an understatement as he has quite a lot
dotted around the house ranging for very small keyring types to
a full size one. Yes you  have read it  right A FULL SIZE ONE.

So what other card could I make ?

1. Started with an 8 x 8 card and matted with steampunk
backing paper taken from the steampunk cd by Debbi Moore.

2. Still with cd I printed out another sheet of backing paper
and matted it onto kraft card. Mounted onto the card
using foam tape.

3. The Dalek image I bought back in the summer from the
craft fair at Bolton.

To complete I added sentiments from my stash.
Oh by the way He liked it..
